Pros
Overall, I have enjoyed my time at Tista. I consider myself very fortunate to have had such exceptional leadership in my chain of command for the duration of our contract.
Cons
A lot of the work is in Washington D.C. or surrounding areas. If you are not local to those areas there are not a lot of options if your contract ends. 401k match is below standard, but compensation is above. Training compensation is highly scrutinized if not directly attached to contract requirements. HR off boarding process needs significant improvement.
