Great up-and-coming tech company in DC area - Anonymous employee TISTA Science and Technology Employee Review

A bit disorganized from the rapid growth. There have been a few toxic people here, just like at any company, but thankfully most of the ones I know of have left. I'm sure you can find their negative reviews on here. The HQ office used to be kind of lame, but after the redesign it's pretty cool. Some of the benefits are a little "small company" for my taste. I also feel like this is more of an environment for people who have better technical skills; people who aren't very good technically might want to look elsewhere IMHO.
