Good environment to work in - Senior Software Engineer TISTA Science and Technology Employee Review

I really enjoy the work environment here. As someone who has worked at several larger defense contractors in the area, I was a little concerned about going to a smaller company. However, I feel like the opportunities for advancement are better at small, up-and-coming companies and this one is no exception. I was encouraged from day one to lead initiatives and present at meetings, which I think is helping me overcome being somewhat introverted.
