Thank you for reviewing TISTA! Covid definitely made us re-think what a typical TISTA workday looked like. We care about our associates and want to keep them as safe as we possibly can. In fact, many of our roles have shifted to fully remote or hybrid (all based on client requirements). We're disappointed that you had a poor experience with internal mobility. We meet weekly with the hiring managers to review team members that are either rolling off projects or that have expressed an interest in making a move.
