      Management is completely incompetent and passive aggressive because of it. There are 2 managers for every person that has a real deliverable, and upper management loves to sneak into meetings and listen in. Their answer to their failing management is to manage harder and hire more people to do agile trainings. Active brain drain that is at a rate I have never seen before. Everyday "key" people on the project resign, and its no surprise to anyway. Constant apathy because of said management, and the resulting brain drain caused by it. Run, dont walk away from this company.
