Pros

Flexible schedule and was willing to work with my college class schedule or really weekly schedule changes

Cons

Just working customer service in general sucked, most people who worked there were pretty cool. The only other thing is i felt like they wanted me to move faster than I can go typically, so that was frustrating as well.

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
