Terrible management that argues and bad mouths employees underneith and on the floor. Miserable and terrible attitude and too often brought too much from home creating a terrible atmosphere. Not enough management skills and use of those to stop the free for all going on. Rules only apply to some. Refusal to take a stand on ANY issues also relating to lack of managment.
