Pros

Fairly Relaxed, Flexible schedule if you are a reasonable person and give reasonable advance notice. Don't change your availability after being hired. They hate that. Also avoid calling out. It stresses them out and they put pressure on your co-workers. Are a pretty good company, not horrible or terrible. It's plain old retail.

Cons

Manager quality varies massively. In Combo Stores, each store has separate management, and they do not always get along. YOU HAVE TO SELL A CREDIT CARD AND THEY WON'T TELL YOU THIS UNTIL AFTER THEY HAVE HIRED YOU!!! YOU HAVE A QUOTA!!!

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
