Pros

Good salary. Great benefits. Easy to sell products.

Cons

Horrible minority employees are impossible to fire. Company prefers to be though of as diverse at the expense of productivity. May suffer loss in sales if economy gets better or Obama not re-elected.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
