Pros
Company cares for its employees, don't hear them laying off very often Company took initiative to implement Labor standards a decade ago, although it was a slow implementation, they are seeing some benefits Good exposure in Operations Management if you work in their DCs
Cons
As an Engineer I always hoped the company gives more opportunities to IEs to move into Operations Strong Union that can cause obstacles to process improvement initiatives Archaic WMS, I hope company has a new more relevant WMS
