Pros
great people in the store. I loved being there and working closely with management and the part time workers. Very involved with the community and lots of diversity encouraged. also paid me a good rate for expenses/mileage
Cons
The Loss Prevention system is dog-eat-dog. I got stepped on constantly by people who were trying to get ahead. I had cases stolen over rumors, I had been written up for not meeting my quota even though I was diligently working (there was no theft happening), and I had people I called friends use me to advance.
