Pros

Not many pros about this company. Weekly paycheck. (If it even comes) Ok short term employment for students or a second job. Managers make good money and bonuses.

Cons

Low pay and laughable yearly raises. You have to sell the credit card or else. Even if you meet the goals for credit applications and your store is #1 in the region, its is still not good enough. Store is understaffed and you are expected to do everything while keeping customer service high. Rules and protocols change constantly and there is no communication when they do, then you are reprimanded for not knowing. Different managers will say and do things that contradict each other. No one is ever on the same page. Weekly paychecks are supposed to be available on Fridays, but in the last few months, they are not. If you ask why, the answer is, "you need to get direct deposit." So you better have a bank account if you want your money on time. No benefits until after 1 year. If you are sick it is your responsibility to find someone to cover your shift. If you are sick and try to call in, you get the third degree. Your availability doesn't matter as they will schedule you anyway and then write you up for tardies.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
