Pros

Stable, cash strong company, with a core business model that can continue to thrive. Core values are admirable, and when adhered to create a unique, divers and cooperative work environment.

Cons

The people first apporoach to internal customer service all but extinct. 20 billion in annual sales has left small town values and approach to doing business by the wayside. Pressure to maintain credibility and respect on wallstreet for upper executives applies undue pressure on working class asosciates and managers. The quest for more wins again.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
