      There itsnt really much pros, it's like you just have to deal with what ever you go through at this job.

      Cons

      Dealing with returns from customers, customers attitudes, trying to keep the store clean but keep getting called to the register because they don't have enough people on the schedule

      Cons

      The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
