Pros
They are a very flexible with schedules. I have worked with them seasonally for 4 years. They have always been considerate of my time line, but I also have been considerate of the fact I am only working for a short time with them. Meaning, I tried to make sure I was flexible too; taking closing shifts, etc. It's easy work and a relaxed environment, but you're still expected to do a satisfactory/above satisfactory job. Management definitely does their job well.
Cons
This is a job which does only pay minimum wage. You are given a raise every year I believe, which is about 25 cents an hour. Since mine is seasonally, I was only given one raise during the entire four years. The hours are all over the chart. It's not a job you can easily move up to a management/supervisor role. You typically stay at you beginning position, unless you are there for years and are friendly with management.
