Pros
It was an okay place to work out high school. Only requires basic skills. It was nice getting to know some of my other co workers.
Cons
Part time employees get an extremely low amount of hours. There were weeks where I would get two 4 hour shifts a week. Which is equal to 8 hours or pay at minimum wage. Raises only come once a year and they are a maximum of 25 cents. So after working there for a year I got a raise from $8.00 to $8.25. Not worth it. They push the credit cards a little too hard. I don't mind asking customers if they want to apply for one, but I had management wanting us to ask again and again even after the customer says no. I feel like the extremely low pay is a way to make sure employees don't stick around too long and they can keep hiring entry level workers at lower wages.
