Pros
The co-workers are very nice, can always count on a good laugh from them, and introductions. Pay is alright.
Cons
Bad managers that rarely come out of their office to help, not flexible working hours, a maximum of 12 call outs a year which includes tardies. You're late if you are thirty seconds past when you should clock in, managers pick favorites, too much pressure to get rewards for that day, competition with other TJX stores, insufficient training time, little to no relationships with managers.
