Pros
I worked at TJ Maxx from my senior year in high school through my summers when I was in college. TJ Maxx often turns a good profit and needs employees, so thus they always took me back, which I was thankful for. Good job for temporary work.
Cons
I worked here summer after summer, and never received a raise. They refused to hire me back at a higher wage. I needed a steady summer job, so I accepted my fate in terms of wages. But it wasn't fun to be praised as a knowledgeable worker and yet paid less than some of the dummies.
