Pros

- Some of the tasks are fun. - Meet some great and wonderful customers. - Our store is brand-new, so it's a beautiful store with great looking registers, dressing rooms and bathrooms, along with cool carts that lock up if you try to take them out of the building (which means not having to retrieve carts from the parking lot)

Cons

- Very hard to get more than 20 hours, unless people call out and they need coverage. - Some of the customers that shop here are terrible people, they are rude, rip clothes off hangers, break merchandise, and leave carts full of items in the middle of the store. - I should be making more than minimum wage. - Discount is only 10%

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
