Pros
Flexible schedule and the work itself is not difficult. I have seen people move up( with only a $0.50 raise that requires them to be responsible for opening or closing the store).
Cons
Lack of staff. There are plenty of employees willing to work but management only schedules majority of employees 1-2 4 hour shifts a week. This has gone on for 2024 & 2025. This leads to product back log in the back room and disorganization throughout the store. Often times the backroom is unsafe to work in due to the amount of boxes and fixtures, yet merchandise continues to be delivered. This location has only had a permanent store manager for 6 month in my 2 years of working here. Employees that have worked at other locations say Denton is uniquely poorly run.
