This is the largest company I have worked for and I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of great communication and training available. Coming from the restaurant industry I've very much appreciated a more regular schedule and more feasible physical expectations. I am too early in my job here to really know what future opportunities lie ahead but I certainly hope to stay with this company a long time.
Cons
Working for a larger company means more paperwork. However, all the paperwork actually makes sense and doesn't feel like busy work. I hope to see more diversity in management in the future.
