Pros

Some of their employees care about placing their clients. They validate parking. The front desk staff will converse with you and it seems genuine.

Cons

Untrustworthy. They told personal information to the client without my consent. They continuously called me when they needed me however never returned phone calls. I never had a direct contact, I had 4 account associates for 1 client. Everyone seemed so unhappy to work there. They lied to the client and forbade me to contact them on my behalf. When the client asked to speak to me and if they could hire me directly they threaten them with their own contract and the removal of others they had currently working for the company.

Long term contracts are good. Benefits have a high deductible but cover most things. They offer PTO.

Cons

No room for growth, they do not look advancement or training.
