Senior management team is approachable and open to new ideas, as long as they support the culture the company has worked hard to develop and/or lead to successful resolution to clients' business challenges.

Long term contracts are good. Benefits have a high deductible but cover most things. They offer PTO.

Cons

No room for growth, they do not look advancement or training.
