As discussed during the hiring process, positions with our organization are tied to specific contracts, and those contracts change. Although we can’t guarantee transfers if a position is eliminated, the TMF HR team works closely with project directors to maintain our highly skilled staff members. Career ladder promotions are at the discretion of Program Directors and their respective budgets; we recommend reaching out to your manager for more information. Employees also have the opportunity to interview for and be promoted when a new position is created and posted; all employees receive notification of the new opportunities via company emails.
