Employees are encouraged to share their ideas in several ways, which include using the suggestion box on site, emailing their managers, executive staff members or HR, or by communicating via phone or in person. In addition, our biannual employee engagement survey has assisted in improving and growing our benefits program over the years. We value the opinion of our employees. Managers conduct weekly one-on-ones in order to receive feedback from each employee on his/her workload, training opportunities available, and to assist the team in the best way possible. If a manager is not providing feedback, it’s important for the employee to use the in-house reporting features to communicate the lack of work. We believe that our rates are competitive with the job market, and encourage employees who do not understand their benefits to meet with an HR Representative for clarification.
