Boring, understimulating, micromanagement, very outdated and old processes, management is stale and most have only worked there or similiar entities, heavy exec team, not a positive or employee friendly office culture. It's a private company tied tightly to government processes and govt compliance so that's the environment it is, very stale and not innovative at all. Doing things differently (more smart or efficient) is greeting by a lot of push back and excessive meetings. Mostly because the senior management and execs don't know how to do things differently and very much enjoy their jobs so they are adverse to change.
Re: Benefits- highest deductible and most expensive plan i've ever had. They try to subsidize the deductible but it's still very high, the employee still pays a couple thousand towards the deductible.
