As indicated in your position and location, as a Clerk in Jacksonville, your employment is with C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of TMF Health Quality Institute. There are several ways in which employees at C2C may express a concern. The first of which is to address the issue directly with a supervisor. If an employee does not feel that this line of communication is the best action, the employee may speak with the HR Representative on site in Jacksonville. If the employee still feels that this is not the best course of action, HR Representatives at TMF may be contacted. If those courses of communication are not desirable to the employee, s/he may address concerns with the Compliance Officer, an Ethics hotline call, or Ethics email. TMF Health Quality Institute and C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc. wish for its employees to communicate management concerns to its Human Resources staff members or its executives. The best way for us to identify training and coaching needs is to hear from its employees.
