Remote; nonprofit; good leadership; great people I am grateful that I work at TMF because my team is professional and always friendly. We actually laugh during meetings. We like each other and feel respected by leadership. What I like most about working at TMF is that I feel valued and that is continually reinforced by my supervisor and colleagues. People appreciate good work and tell you so. There is a company culture of celebrating success and giving kudos to employees. It’s positive and encouraging. TMF has given yearly raises, bonuses, nice corporate gifts, and PTO to show appreciation. Overall, it’s a very nice place to work.
Cons
There may be limited growth opportunity, depending on department, for those looking to advance up a career ladder. If you’re looking for something young, flashy, exciting, this may not be your fit.
