Inequitable pay practices, interesting work - Director TNTP Employee Review

Pay practices are really inequitable. The range in the job posting is not valid as almost no one reaches anywhere near the top of those ranges. Director roles are paid less than comparable roles despite having more responsibility and more often than not doing a large chunk of your boss's work because they are stretched too thin. There's no adjustment for living in higher cost of living areas, despite being required to live there. TNTP is a good place to get developed professionally but it might be best to take your skills elsewhere if you want to be compensated fairly.
