Teacher certification after clearing ACE observations is awarded only to new teachers who have demonstrated mastery of instructional skills and a consistent ability to help their students learn and thrive. Teach NOLA ensures that all teacher fellows enter the classroom ready to make a strong start and a life time of difference for students who need them the most.
