Get to work with kids and teach them about soccer. Flexible work schedule while going to school. Great environment with the clients.

Cons

Poorly run business. Management has no clue what they are doing. If you aren't a friend of upper management they won't give you hours. No background checks conducted or drug tests given even though they work with kids.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
