The company seems to genuinely care about the culture from the top down and works hard to make sure this message is heard. You know you are impacting the players that come through the studio. The product is great.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
