Good experience with training kids as well as use of facility Watching the growth of kids skills Friendly environment

Cons

Poor hours Impossible to be full-time, will cut hours if you get close If someone has a no-show, you’re forced to not clock in and go home, even if you drove a decent amount of time for the session.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
