I love working with athletes of all ages and building a relationship with them and their parents. Being able to be apart of their growth and development is an indescribable feeling.

Cons

Not the greatest management and pay is not what I am desiring.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
