Cons

- Not a multicultural company - It's a retail and real state company - Coaches have no certificates in Coaching or experience which can damage player development - Leadership Team have zero background in Coaching/ Sports Science/Teaching/and use a simple machine that you can buy online to make it appealing to costumers that have no clue about soccer.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
