It’s a cool concept and it was fun to play around with the technology

Cons

Pay is terrible individually compared to what the actual facilities are making. The hours are really weird because you’re working with kids who go to school until 2,3 or 4pm.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
