Pros

The team environment at the center level was great. The HR team was also outstanding and genuinely cared. Getting to work around soccer is a plus as well. The concept is great and fun. I think it could potentially be a good place to work in the future.

Cons

It’s a soccer business being run but non-soccer people. They expect it to work like a gym and are very disconnected from what the day to day looks like. The communication is terrible. Pay is low. No room for growth and development. It’s a newer company that still has a lot of issues to work out.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
