Cons

Corporate micromanaging ruins any autonomy in your job. You will most likely love your Toca Manager and General Manager but once you get any higher on the corporate ladder, that’s when the issues start. You will constantly be handcuffed by nonsense rules and policy changes, only to be belittled when you can’t live up to the impossible standards they set for you and your location.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
