Changing prices for leagues and TOCA Training packages, leading to customer complaints. Management is not bad but is unorganized at some points. Hours vary and sometimes is understaffed.

The kids we coach and their families. Coworkers who became friends.

Cons

Leadership is disconnected with the customer and lead with fear tactics. Coaches are underpaid while the company throws a ton of money at last minute or poorly planned events that produce little revenue.
