Pros

Work from home job opportunity

Cons

Company really couldn't give two tossed about you. Training is a lot of background but no actual information on the job or systems, when you ask for help the team leader usually doesn't answer, shouts they're too busy, go to the floor walkers. Floor walkers tell you you need to talk to the team leader for the questions you have. Coaching? Support? Pretty much none even though I've actively asked.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
