Work at home position was nice but schedules were very inflexible.
Cons
Training was rushed and not very up to date. Job ended quite suddenly so it was a terrible mistake to work there in the end. Mystery as to which actual job one was applying for till after you're hired.

Thank you for the honest feedback. We always make sure to equip our employees with enough skills and knowledge so that they can do their job well. We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations but we wish you all the best for the future!
Pay, available, training, and managers. This is my second contract with TP and I can say I enjoy working for them. I work 100% and o definitely see myself working long term with TP.
For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.
Cons
Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
