Poor industry conditions and ineffective management lead to a business that is stagnant despite best attempts. The company effectively acts as a piggy bank for the top tier of management creating a negative culture for anyone below those ranks. Integration has created a very negative place to work. Morale within support functions is extremely low. Empty promises from management provide hope for a very short period of time before becoming transparent and making the situation worse. Hard work is not rewarded and there is limited potential for career development and opportunities.
