Pros
Lovely co-workers, everyone in team really friendly and helpful. Good work-life balance (mostly). Good shop on ground floor and walking distance to city centre.
Cons
Nature of work bit could be slow/boring/niche. Some systems and way of doing things archaic/outdated. Being on-call in evenings whilst on 8am-4pm shift (although only every ~4 weeks). Somewhat pricey parking, even with discount code (but welcome to parking in Belfast).
