Pros

Good social environment for young professionals, a lot of new graduates, team nights out etc.

Cons

Tone deaf management, boasting about shareholder value while simultaneously making it extremely hard to earn the bonus promised in contract. Immoral company generally, dealings with some of the worst companies on earth. The CEO decided to donate 200k to the IDF while I worked there, without consulting any employees. The wealth we helped to create was sent directly to an army committing war crimes.
