Pros

They had a fun, understanding Assistant General manager, which is why I stayed working there, she actually took the time to care about employees, and was helpful, when she no longer was there i left immediately

Cons

Talk behind others backs, drama everyday, very rude and judgemental General manager, your treated very poorly, talked down too, racist toward me and my co workers,

Pros

Excellent culture, they valued their employees who work hard and want to grow. They hold true to their core values, keeping them center of every decision.

Cons

The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
