I feel they really appreciate their employees and employees are rewarded for their hard work. Keeps up with changes in the ever changing hospitality industry. They take each customer survey very seriously and constantly strive to improve customer satisfaction.

The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
