Pros

Friendly atmosphere and good communication from management. During COVID they worked hard to do what they could for their employees in terms of health and safety, open and honest communication, and getting people hours.

Cons

Not many besides the normal cons that go along with the hospitality industry.

Pros

Excellent culture, they valued their employees who work hard and want to grow. They hold true to their core values, keeping them center of every decision.

Cons

The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
