This company lives by it's CORE values everyday, which is incredibly hard to find in the hospitality industry. Through the roughest stretch of the companies history, they still held on to those values and took the time to care for each employees well being.

Cons

Each and every company has their cons, however it truly makes a difference when the pros outweigh the cons every time.

Excellent culture, they valued their employees who work hard and want to grow. They hold true to their core values, keeping them center of every decision.

Cons

The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
