      Fun place to work. Never a boring moment

      Cons

      Upper management’s goals and values changed. Care more about numbers than staff morale. Will take advantage of their best employees and work them until they’re broken down, literally.

      Excellent culture, they valued their employees who work hard and want to grow. They hold true to their core values, keeping them center of every decision.

      Cons

      The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
