      No advancement training even after asking multiple times. If you do one thing wrong it will haunt you.

      Excellent culture, they valued their employees who work hard and want to grow. They hold true to their core values, keeping them center of every decision.

      Cons

      The pay is slightly lower for some positions, could be more competitive. Overall, pay still worth it considering the support and great culture.
