Pros

Flexible schedules. Also, are seemingly Progressive-thinking but execution on it is disorganized and dysfunctional, ie. the direction is frequently changing and jobs are not secure.

Cons

Strong nepotism runs in this company and passive-aggressive communication styles Infrequent communication between offices and same divisions No growth opportunity Bully-style management- "do this or else" Low emphasis on formal education- no one in upper management has a previous experience in their role; so they don't value the employees' experiences they hire that do come from experienced roles. Seems like bad stewards of finances- cannot hire new supporting roles as they grow, and so they are at a constant turnover rate

Pros

Cool business model and great products

Cons

Terrible culture disguised as good culture because they pay for "SC best places to work" each year. People mill - over 30 sales people have come and gone in last 3 years. Micro managed to the extreme. Value control over productivity. Insist on being in office 5 days a week when office is rusty building in sketchy part of town with no windows.
